In 1997, the Pierce County Clerks & Finance Officers Association was established as a non-profit organization with the goal of encouraging communication between the clerks and finance officers in Pierce and the neighboring Washington Counties.
Our objective is to establish a point of contact for the purpose of obtaining information and meeting to advance professionalism and education in order to better serve Pierce and surrounding counties' municipalities and their constituents.
